Workout Shot minerals & vitamins

You probably know that the mineral Magnesium is enormously important for your body, but did you also know that this mineral plays an extra large role for athletes? Magnesium is good for the functioning of the muscles, helps build up body protein, contributes to a good electrolyte balance and helps with fatigue. A magnesium deficiency should therefore not be underestimated, especially as an athlete, since your performance can be adversely affected. Magnesium Shot contains no less than 300 milligrams of tri-magnesium citrate, one of the best available forms for your body.

But of course we didn't stop there. Along with magnesium, potassium also plays an important role, in particular for the maintenance of strong muscles and the functioning of the nervous system. These two ingredients form an ideal duo, which means that 300 milligrams of potassium chloride have also been added.

Finally, Magnesium Shot contains a variety of B vitamins that further support your body during training. Thiamine (Vit. B1) supports the heart, Riboflavin (Vit. B2) helps to protect healthy body cells and Vitamin B12 contributes to the cell renewal process.

Magnesium Shot is available in a 60ml bottle with a fresh Lemon taste.
