Rapid rehydration, exactly when you need it

O.R.S. stands for Oral Rehydration Salts, or Oral Rehydration Solution. Originally, it was mainly used to treat fluid loss or dehydration caused by diarrhoea, for example, but it has also proved to be a highly effective formula for (endurance) athletes. Thanks to its special hypotonic formula, fluids are absorbed as effectively as possible by your cells, thereby replenishing the body’s fluids. Due to its effectiveness, O.R.S. has even been included in the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) model list of essential medicines.
