Perfect Rice Powder

• Complex carbohydrates from 100% ground brown rice
• Perfect for combining with protein products
• No unnecessary additives
• Gluten-free weight gainer

Are you looking for a pure form of carbohydrates? Then Perfect Rice Powder is ideal for you! Perfect Rice Powder consists of 100% very finely ground basmati brown rice. This means 75% carbohydrates, just 2.5% sugar, no less than 4% fibre and as much as 7.5% protein. Carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function after very intense physical exercise. Perfect Rice Powder is therefore a suitable base to combine with protein to create your own ideal recovery shake. Perfect Rice Powder is also completely gluten- and soya-free.

Low Glycaemic Index (GI) value

The Glycaemic Index (GI) is a measure of how quickly carbohydrates are digested in the gut and absorbed into the bloodstream as glucose. The lower the GI value, the better, and with a GI value of 49, basmati brown rice scores very low compared to other types of rice. Because Perfect Rice Powder is extracted from unhusked rice grains, its GI value is even lower. By way of comparison: white rice has a GI value of 79 and regular brown rice has a value of 55.

Features of Perfect Rice Powder

As you’ve come to expect from us, we’ve chosen the highest possible quality of ground basmati silver rice for the production of Perfect Rice Powder. This rice is then ground to a slightly coarser texture than that of other suppliers, as this helps to better preserve the rice’s beneficial properties.

Usage and dosage

For each shake, dissolve 40–80 grams (1–2 scoops) of Perfect Rice Powder in at least 350 ml of milk or another drink of your choice. Combine Perfect Rice Powder with, for example, 40 grams of Whey Delicious to create your own ultimate recovery shake.
